✨Eating for two doesn’t mean doubling your food! Here’s the reality about extra energy needs:

• 1st trimester: ~0–100 extra calories
• 2nd trimester: ~200-300 extra calories
• 3rd trimester: ~300-500 extra calories

That’s usually the equivalent of an extra snack, not an extra meal.
