Nutritional Therapy aims to help people achieve optimum health through diet and lifestyle change. I have seen people at clinic for many health issues, asthma, allergies, autoimmune illnesses, gut health issues, high cholesterol, diabetes, insomnia, fertility, stress, PCOS, pregnancy nutrition advice, unexplained gut pain, joint pain, and more. Nutritional therapy is not a quick fix but if you give it time and stick with it, it can have a transformational effect on your health. Although a lot of my clients feel better very quickly, I would normally allow at least 3 months to see the effects of these positive changes, longer if I am working with someone with chronic disease. It’s like peeling the layers of an onion, working our way round the body to optimise function where we can and giving the body time, to heal itself. So for this reason, I like to work with clients over a minimum 12 week period. The 12 week programme I offer includes an initial 1 hour consultation followed by 8 x 30 minute follow up consultations spread over 12 consecutive weeks. Consultation dates and times are prearranged and you can pay either monthly or a lump sum at the beginning.
