As we approach International Women’s Day this Sunday 8 March, it offers us a chance to reflect on progress, possibility and equity for women, and what it means to us at POINT3 Wellbeing | B Corp Certified.

As a business run by two female founders, we’re undoubtedly invested in the subject of equity and inclusion.

We’ve long been helping organisations and their managers/leaders to create psychologically safe spaces for everyone (not just a few) to ‘stress less and smile more’.

Also, as a B Lab UK organisation, we hold ourselves to high standards in how we work with and support diverse communities and at the heart of our Human Leadership training sits one core belief, that inclusive leadership is human leadership.

Inclusion isn’t a policy. It’s a practice. It’s everyday thoughtfulness, behaviours and body language that foster psychological safety, belonging and equity amongst teams and organisations.

Equity, for women and all communities, requires more than awareness-raising. It requires confidence, capability, intention and then, action.

That’s why we’d love to invite you to join our next HR/People Leader taster session on Inclusive Leadership, taking place on Zoom on 31 March at 09:30am.

This free 90-minute session is a space to:

- Explore practical insight around inclusive leadership
- Bridge the gap between knowledge and intentional action
- Strengthen your ability to foster psychological safety and belonging amongst your leaders
- Reflect on the real, human impact of inclusive behaviours in your organisation

If this resonates for any of my HR and People Profs community, Nicky Morgan and I would love you to come and taste it for yourself.

Register to join the free session via the link in our bio. We hope you’ll join us on 31 March (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/9oEwEpfpQnuctNCH2oUJPg #/)

Spot the difference? 2018 ➡️ 2026

8 years ago Nicky Morgan, Siôn Stansfield and Sarah Mayo registered POINT3 Wellbeing… three friends with a shared vision and values ✨

Yesterday the OGs - friends first, founders second - reunited to catch up, reminisce and laugh!

So much has changed in that time. The business has evolved and so have we. While Siôn’s moved on, thankfully the friendship hasn’t.

Different chapters, same connection ✨ (and a new cap for Sarah!)

We met up this week to reconnect as we step into the new year, and it was a beautiful reminder of the power of conversation for connection.

Meaningful conversations build empathy and help ‘regulate’ our nervous systems - allowing us to find ‘flow’ more freely, both personally and professionally.

Our “Words of the Year” are Regulate (Nicky’s) and Flow (Sarah’s).

Two simple words - that offer powerful anchors for our year ahead. We’ve been fans of words of the year for a while now. They help guide our focus, our energy and our decisions towards what truly matters.

Which brings us to values…

As we begin 2026, we invite you to pause and do a little (non-judgemental) values check-in:

- Do you know what your values are? (If not we have a workshop around this!)
- On a scale of 1–10, how aligned do you feel your life is with your values right now?
- What small tweaks could help you live more in line with what matters most to you?

We know that living in alignment with our values supports balance, helps us find flow and significantly reduces the risk of overwhelm and burnout.

Here’s to a year of intentional choices, meaningful conversations and a little more flow for us all ✨

At POINT3 Wellbeing | B Corp Certified, we’re here to help you and your people to ‘Stress less and smile more’ so if that sounds like something you’d like our help with, please do get in touch :)

Today we were out “bridging” the gap between exclusion and inclusion, talking about how we can intentionally create a culture of psychological safety and belonging, as part of our Inclusive Leadership training 💫

This is a subject we feel so proud and privileged to work on and towards 💫

Our learners were a group of senior leaders, who were all engaged, vulnerable and curious. What more could you want as facilitators?! 💫

A couple of times a year Nicky and Sarah share a little behind the scenes blog… called A POINT3 Look-in…

Why? Well, we want to give people the opportunity to see, feel and understand the humans behind POINT3.

We teach human skills in the workplace, so it makes sense for you to have a better feel for the humans that might come into your workplace to meet your people…

Sarah has just shared her blog - which is all about Courage and Values… read it via the link in our bio or on the point3wellbeing.com under News/Views.

It’s World Mental Heath Day 💚

What are you doing today (and tomorrow) to support yourself and each other?

We’ve just delivered a Speaking of Mental Health webinar for one of our clients - opening up the conversation in the workplace, one that is still heavily stigmatised.

If you are struggling, one thing I encourage you to do is find a safe person that you trust and ask for help…

If you are one of those safe people, look out for those in your circles and create a safe space for them by listening non-judgementally 💚 Simply holding space for someone is so powerful.

We don’t need to be experts in mental health to be a mental health ambassador 💫

We also have a hub of resources on our website at point3wellbeing.com

Take care out there 🙏🏻

Always a pleasure for us to connect together in person. Connection is a shared personal value for both of us 💫 and it’s also a foundation of the healthiest and happiest teams 😊

We’re working on a lovely new brief for one of our clients - developing part 2 of our Raise Your Human Game training ✨ 🙏🏻 it’s a really exciting time here at POINT3!

Earlier this month we sent another wonderful group of humans back to their workplaces as newly qualified Mental Health First Aiders.

And there was an extra celebration for us - as in amongst this group was our 500th MHFAider trained!

Nicky Morgan, our lead MHFA Instructor said this:

“These mixed cohorts fill my heart with joy - the representation of compassion, empathy, desire to learn and non-judgment was palpable. Your organisations are very lucky to count you as a colleague - and I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned alongside you. Here’s to keeping connected!”

A huge thank you to Imogen Wall who co-leads the training with Nicky - you’re a valuable part of the POINT3 team and we appreciate you 🙏🏻

Thank you to all those that have trained with POINT3 over the years. Here’s to building the community and for continuing to help support people far and wide in the workplace and beyond.

🎙️ New on the Walk The Talk podcast!

How do we create workplaces where people truly thrive?

In the latest episode of Walk The Talk, we are joined by Soji Olufunwa, Executive Assistant at EQ Investors, to explore why wellbeing belongs at the heart of business.

Soji shares:
- How EQ Investors has built a culture that supports mental health.
- Why showing empathy and vulnerability matters in leadership.
- Why taking care of your people is the key to long-term success.

It’s an inspiring reminder that small actions – listening, checking in, creating safe spaces – can make a big difference.
