How much “TIME” have we got?

As I step into another year on this physical plane, it never ceases to amaze me how precious the little “TIME” we have is.

And truth be told… All that truly matters is your next move, decision, and choice as you write the next chapter of your story.

Right now, in this very moment, you are the YOUNGEST you will EVER be! Let that sink in!

Time is the great equaliser; we all get 24 hours in a day and 168 hours in a week. Yet, it’s what we DO with that time that DEFINES us.

It’s the greatest gift we’ve been given—our most valuable asset.

And unknowing to most you can STRETCH the time you have in this life. You can extend the YEARS and improve the quality of the time you’ve got.

‼️ Why MOST fail to achieve goals…

Because they FAIL to BECOME the man required to achieve them.

It’s that simple.

Goal setting without IDENTITY work is just mental ma********on.

Before you chase another target, you need brutal honesty.

Not surface-level reflection, deep digging, I’d go as far as forensic reflection.

Take a third-person observation of yourself, imagine watching a film of your previous year

How you acted, operated and behaved in all aspects of your life, especially when people weren’t watching.

Does it make you proud?

What parts of the film are you shocked and quietly ashamed of?

What parts went well?

What didn’t?

Which goals did you say mattered… but quietly abandoned?

What patterns keep repeating?

Where do you self-sabotage when pressure hits?

How do you keep getting in your own way?

And here’s the ONE most men avoid:

What beliefs are you still carrying that don’t belong to the version of you you’re trying to become?

Because you DON’T rise to your goals.

You FALL to your identity.

Once that truth lands, the work changes.

Now you define the man who naturally achieves the goals you’ve written down.

How does he operate day to day?

What standards does he live by when no one’s watching?

How does he eat?

Move… Train and recover?

How does he regulate himself under pressure, downshift, decompress, and actually recharge?

What environments does he choose and
Which ones does he refuse to tolerate anymore?

How does he speak to himself and fiercely protect his energy?

This is the depth required to ascend and level up; there is NO shortcut here.

Levelling up isn’t about adding more; it’s about releasing the baggage and the load that’s holding you back.

Reprogramming at a deep level, letting old beliefs and identities go to make room for a new program, an upgrade, a new set of rules and a map

The real treasure isn’t the destination, it’s the EVOLUTION of oneself

⭕ Anchor Yourself with Non-Negotiables:

▪️3-4 structured workouts (keep it simple).

▪️Daily walks 30-40 minutes. 1-2 times per day.

▪️Protein in every meal to keep you satisfied and reduce cravings.

▪️Use intermittent fasting

⭕ Pick Your Battles:

▪️Enjoy the social events you care about and let yourself indulge guilt-free. 

▪️Skip the things you don’t love, and if you are required to show your face, run a tight ship and stick to a handful of pre-set boundaries and disciplines. 

⭕ Focus on Your Energy, Not Just Calories:

Poor sleep, skipped workouts, and sugar crashes will leave you feeling s**t and your energy in the 🪫❌

Prioritise sleep, hydration, and movement so you hit January focused and energised 🔋

I’ve got no right to be doing this…

This Saturday, I’m jumping into a triathlon with just two and a half weeks of training under my belt.

(The last time I did one, 3 years ago 😆)

Why?

Because I’ve been through the wringer with an ankle injury spanning back nearly 6 months. THEN unfortunately tearing the ATFL ligament in it 11 weeks ago.

But here’s the truth: I love the mental and physical challenge of stretching myself, of finding out what I’m made of when I’m out of my depth.

And it made me think today…

We’re 10 days away from stepping into Q4, the FINAL LAP of 2025.

And the question that matters right now is:

👉🏼 How do YOU want to close the year?

Will it be another 90 days of drifting, breaking false promises, LOSING TRUST in yourself?

Maybe even dropping the ill “start fresh in January”? Card? I know some will be thinking this 😬

Or will it be 90 days of DELIBERATE action, building small wins, MOMENTUM and closing strong?

Most men drag baggage from the past into the last quarter… excuses, failures, doubts.

And it keeps them stuck in the same loop year after year.

Like Dr Joe Dispenza says, the brain is either a record of the past or a map of the future.

The choice is yours.

Everything you want in life, you create twice.
FIRST in your mind. Then in REALITY.

So ask yourself: as you step into these last 90 days:

👉🏼 Will you finish 2025 “SWITCHED ON” optimising your health, energy and vitality?

Long-term change? 

True, lasting HEALTH? 

The kind of personal growth that takes you to the next level?

It’s not meant to be EASY.

If it were, everyone would have six-pack abs and be CRUSHING life across all arenas. 

But the truth? Very few actually are.

The SYSTEM is rigged against you; this is the GAME of life.

To win the LONG GAME, you MUST build routines of EXCELLENCE.

You have to know how to craft EMPOWERING HABITS and BREAK the limiting ones holding you back.

If you’re not actively working on this, you’re falling behind.

I beat this drum endlessly because, in all honesty, this mental performance skillset is the FOUNDATION for long-term change and evolution
