Alignment Yoga with Lauratu

After a long week of doing, we invite you to come into a space of being.

Lauratu is a yoga teacher and well-being practitioner. Every Friday afternoon, her class holds space for gentle unwinding — where rest isn’t a reward, but a necessity.
⁠
This 45-minute Alignment Yoga class is about slowing down, softening the body and coming back home to yourself.
⁠
You'll move from seated to lying, holding each posture for just a few quiet minutes.
Enough time to release the week from your body, ease the mind and let the breath signal: all is well.

Join Yoga Mela and Mindful ReSpace for a nourishing outdoor wellbeing series of Qigong and Alignment yoga on the legendary Crystal Palace Concert Platform — a stage that has welcomed icons like Bob Marley, Noel Gallagher and Grace Jones and now... you!

Start your Saturday mornings surrounded by nature and sweeping views across the park — a perfect way to energise your day in the fresh open air. Breathe, stretch, and move into your day with uplifting Qigong and Alignment Yoga sessions guided by Rehana and Ciara.

Rehana teaches a mindful movement practice based on Qigong postures. Gentle movement to exercise the body, oil the joints, boost energy and calm the mind.

Ciara teaches Alignment Yoga - a strong, steady practice that builds strength, mobility and flexibility . Modifications are given to make this accessible to all levels.

Beginners welcome. Bring a mat, water bottle and blanket for relaxation.

✨ In October, we wrapped up our 70-hour Alignment Teacher Training, and what an incredible journey it was! 💫

This group of dedicated teachers poured their hearts into refining their knowledge and sharpening their teaching skills. Now, they're out there confidently leading in-person classes, sharing the power of mindful movement and alignment with their communities. 🙏

We’re thrilled to share that Becs and Rehana are both teaching weekly yoga classes at the studio and Lauratu will be starting later this month. Come and join a class with them — you’ll be in great hands! 🧡

So proud of this wonderful group and excited to see them thrive. 💪
