A lovely, very atmospheric Adventure Nordic Walk in Richmond Park today with lovely late autumn colours and lots of deer, followed by a lovely lunch at the White Cross in Richmond riverside. We almost had to swim home as the high tide had flooded the riverside but gladly we made it to the train station with dry feet!

A fantastic autumnal Adventure Nordic Walk to Epping Forest today. The autumn colours in the forest were absolutely stunning and we took our time to appreciate it all. The original plan was to walk about 8.5miles from Theydon Bois to Epping but yours truly missed a turn off 😅just after lunch so in the end we walked a mile less, but nobody really minded as it had been a while since our last longer walk. Felt great to be out in fresh air but boy did we feel tired by the end!
