Sacred Space Studios is an online portal to experience many creative ways to work with me and to come home to divinity. Sacred Space Studios is a yoga studio and interior design consultancy creating and cultivating sacred space within our selves, and in our surrounding environment. Sacred Space Studios unites two of my creative practices and passions under one roof. Yoga guides and encourages practitioners to find and cultivate a sense of peace and happiness within. Turning inward we build strength, flexibility and a deep and lasting sense of calm. A dedicated yoga practice allows us to build and maintain that peaceful sanctuary within our selves. My interior design practice specialises in designing and creating beautiful, inspiring spaces imbued with a sense of adventure, narrative and an atmosphere of sensual relaxation. Whether it’s a bespoke yoga studio or a pop up bar, a private home, a restaurant or a boutique retreat, Sacred Space Studios is all about building a space where you can experience your best self. An Invitation to The Temple

In the heart of my home, a sanctuary is opening…
a warm, private temple for 1:1 sessions, where you are held, witnessed, and supported as you step into your own becoming.

Here, we enter a portal of healing and discovery together. Nothing is forced or predefined.
We co-create the journey intuitively, drawing on whatever medicine your body, spirit, and heart are calling for:

Breathwork • Yoga Nidra • Water Blessings • Sound Healing • Meditation • Mantra • Gentle Yoga • Reiki • Oracle guidance • Cacao • Blue Lotus

This is a space where you are met with love and acceptance, where you are free to soften, to unravel the weight you’ve been carrying, to lay down the armour and return to your truest essence.
A safe place to shed the old skin, and to rise gently into the next expression of who you are becoming.

Each session is a mini-ritual, a ceremony of transformation just for you.
I will guide you into deep restoration and empowered healing, where your intuitive knowing awakens and the voice of your heart becomes clear again.

You may come once, as a sacred moment of blissful self-devotion…or journey deeper through a 3-session container for ongoing support and integration.

If you wish, you’ll receive practices and tools to take home to nurture your inner world between sessions.

I need this space often myself, and now I am opening it for you! We don’t have to walk this path alone. If you feel the call, your seat at the altar is waiting.

River offerings…
After a very deep & transformative medicine journey it felt so wonderful to cleanse and purify in this water.
Letting the flow of the water wash away from me all that I’m releasing, then sitting with the flow of water moving towards me to welcome and invite blessings for this rebirth.

I’ve just made a deep commitment, taking the first step on a journey that feels powerful, beautiful, life-changing, and yet so simple and clear.

I’ve never experienced such a full-body yes or such ease in knowing that this is my path. My soul has been calling me here for so long; it feels both brand new and like an ancient remembering, as if I’ve been walking in this devotion for lifetimes.

Today we stand at a powerful threshold - a triple 9 gateway, amplified by the energies of the full moon lunar eclipse, the approaching solar eclipse, and the mystical rhythm of the Snake year in this 9 universal year. The cosmos is aligning to support deep release and luminous rebirth.

Endings and Beginnings

This year has been an initiation, a powerful portal of endings and beginnings, one unraveling into the next.

Born in the year of the Fire Snake, I felt it coming as we moved into the year of the Snake. A year of shedding skins, of burning away the old, of transformations & initiations into the unknown.

And so it has been.

The ending of friendships.
The ending of a relationship.
The quiet dissolving of old ways of feeling, being, and doing.

Projects coming to completion. Chapters closing. Rites of passage; constant letting go.

The approaching end of my life living full-time in London.

And the most profound ending that shifted the very ground beneath me - the death of my beloved dad.

Grief has a way of reordering our inner world, stripping us bare so the soul can re-root in more authentic soil. Grief helped me heal those pieces that remained somehow missing until the tears took me deep into the underworld to retrieve them.

Each ending has carved out space.
And into that space, something new is beginning to breathe.

As I begin my first teacher training at I step into a role I’ve long felt forming within me - teaching others to teach the elemental magic that I share on the mat.

The preparation of Sirens - my first solo painting exhibition in London this October - an exciting offering of a passion that has been gestating for many years.

New collaborations are arriving with clarity and ease. New friendships are unfurling, rooted in resonance and truth. New projects are calling to be born.

There is comfort in remembering that endings are thresholds. After the exhale a pause before the inhale. The snake vulnerable as she wriggles out of her old too-tight skin. The ouroboros that eats its tail in an eternal serpentine spiral of death and rebirth.

What a joy to create these sacred spaces! The magic is palpable and potent. So much love. So much wisdom. So much healing. It is a deep honour to serve Cacao in this way with my community.
This was the first time I’d shared my paintings as an oracle. They came alive. It was so fun to play with them. the spontaneous first time launching of my new project/obsession/offering/soulwork. My Oracle Deck will be launching soon…
And creating with this talented woman is wonderful. Karen you are a delight. Thank you for being with us last night. What a treat we had.
Today I feel rejuvenated and more alive and awake. Rested. In alignment. Ready for the new moon…🌙
