hydration.
Water plays a vital role in almost everything your body does. It helps transport nutrients, supports digestion, regulates body temperature, improves concentration, and can even help manage hunger and energy levels. When you’re well hydrated, your body simply works better. So the goal is to be really mindful of your fluid intake and aim to hit your personal hydration target.

The water flavouring can help there’s pink lemonade, Raspberry & Elderflower orange and a savoury vegetable flavouring. A great way to make your water more enjoyable if you struggle to drink enough. Adding flavour can make a huge difference to consistency!
Aim for 2.5 lts / 4 pints a day but drank throughout the day NEVER in one go sip sip sip 💦💦
