The other day I woke up feeling sad 😢 even crying sad so wanted to share this !
Don’t let one bad moment define your whole day.
Sometimes you have a low mood, low moment, or you are full of dread, but don’t forget to leave room for things to shift.
Sometimes we hold really tightly to our mood, we think about the things that upset us over and over again, continuing to rev up our minds and bodies.
Sometimes we need to shake it up, shake it out, get into a new environment, dance it out, sing it out, lean into joy just a little bit, and maybe you can change the momentum.
