Isn’t it time you found the benefits of deep relaxation?
As we move into autumn it’s the ideal time & yes this is a skill
I used to fall asleep immediately which meant I was burning the candle both ends. But I have learnt the skill of deep rest resulting in less tension/injuries /stress & better sleep/focus & kindness/patience o h& more energy !!

🌻8 years ago I sat down to meditate for the first time… and it was awful. My meditation coach was inspiring and helped me stick with it.
I fidgeted, wanted to check my phone, and my thoughts were SO loud.

But something in me said stick with it. So I did. Just 3–10 minutes a day.

Months later, I started to release tears, stress, and old tension I didn’t even know I was holding. Then came joy, love, and gratitude like never before. For the first time, I felt truly connected to myself.

Fast forward → meditation helped me cut out alcohol, find calm, and step into the work I do today as Coach Caroline.

✨ Just 10 minutes a day can:

Ease stress + anxiety

Improve sleep + focus

Boost mood + energy

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it’s doable — even in a chair.

Breath practice can be confusing & many feel they don’t know if they are doing it right
This is not your fault
Keep it simple
Breathe at your pace that feels comfortable
Don’t over think it
Relax the shoulders & know by breathing well you will be calming the body & mind aaahh a well deserved break from life
Start to enjoy it & see what happens !

🌻it wasn’t until I started to familiarize myself with the diversity of my body that my spine started to open up as well.⁣

🌻Benefits of Seated Twist🤩

🌀 Releases tension in the spine and back

💨 Improves breathing by opening the chest

🔥 Stimulates digestion and detoxification

🧘‍♀️ Increases spinal flexibility and mobility
