12 noon to 5pm.

Taster sessions are available at the festival and can be booked at our stand. All sessions will be 20 minutes and cost £10.

Timetable:

12noon -1.30pm Cranial Sacral Therapy with Erika It’s is a gentle hands on therapy applied through clothes for all the family. The practitioner engages with the nervous system and fluids within the body through gentle touches on the spine through the clothing or on the scalp.

1.30 – 2.30pm Maya abdominal fertility massage with Anga This massage is specifically for women with gynaecological disorders and may help to break up adhesions and promote the flow of blood and lymph to the organs within the abdomen.

2-30pm -4.20pm Reflexology or Indian head massage with Tracey These are both deeply relaxing therapies and are applied to the feet or head. Reduction of stress and tension can be beneficial to most people. Reflexology requires the removal of footwear, IHM is on the head.

New clinic days! Oru Space 20-22 Lordship Lane.

Dear Friends and followers, please let your mates know that I will be here on Mondays and Tuesdays,and maybe even the odd Saturday morning when I get busy.
I will be offering my usual (marvellous!) Reflexology, deep relaxation reflexology, parent and baby reflexology, Indian head massage and reinvigorating my Reiki practice.
