"Thanks for last night's session, it was really good! TOO good! I had planned to stay up and do much needed course work, but the yoga session obviously worked, because by 23:30 I was crashing. I couldn't bare to stay up any longer, where usually I'd fight the sleep urge and stay up, I had to throw in the towel. As a result though I had a great night's sleep, and woke up this morning before my alarm went off, actually refreshed for the first time in ages! I really found going through these steps very relaxing, and easy to follow with your instruction. It felt great to stretch out the body and feel it become lighter as you asked us to think about how the body was feeling before and after stretches. Thanks so much" (from Tara)
How is your sleep during Lockdown 2? I will be running 4 sessions of Yoga for Sleep from Wednesday 25 November 2020. You can attend the sessions individually or you can attend all 4! The cost is £5 per session or you can book for more than one session for £4.50 each.
