Ensure Infection Control protocols are followed by all.
A typical shift will be from 8:00am-6:0Opm or 10:00am- 8:00pm with some flexibility with the days/hours required.
The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, with excellent knowledge of MS word & excel.

direct care and support for the service users, whilst adhering to the
CQC codes of practice and standards.

We are currently hiring a Unit Manager for our High Dependency unit. The candidate must have an ability to demonstrate the excellent management and leadership skills. Should have good working knowledge of care work and national minimum care standards. Should have a Registered Nurse qualification. Proven experience in Acute Brain Injury and rehabilitation. Proven experience in Tracheostomy. Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation.

About the service: we offer basic maintenance rehabilitation and facilities are supported by rehabilitation therapists such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapists etc.

This is a full-time role.

The candidate should have the ability to work flexibly as required by the company which may include emergency shift cover during the nights and weekends.

It is also a requirement to be fully vaccinated for Covid.

We are excited about the Covid vaccine and happy to have finally received it at our care home.

As the year ends, it is time to reflect on the past and our hopes for the future. At VCC, we are grateful to our amazing staff who have gone above and beyond during the difficult pandemic times and ensured the safety of our service users.
