A welcome break in the Spanish Pyrenees MTB’ing with old friends. Also freezing stream water and incredible Autumn colours on a great hike in the Ordesa Valley. Much food, drink and chat was had along with masses of exercise. The perfect combination. Now recharged, revived and ready to Rock and Roll (Osteopathically speaking of course). Honoured to be asked to taste .shop about-to-launch, wild-fermented range of chilli sauces. This is their original and it’s a winner. Check the beautiful colour! It tastes just as good. Legions of beneficial microbes give it a distinct, delicious tang as well making your microbiome leap for joy. Now need to find some more room on my creaking, close-to-collapse hot sauce shelf. Osteopath-recommended hot sauce!

My lousy picture-taking does no justice to the deliciousness and excellence of new Harissa paste. Great depth of flavour and just the right amount of bite. Do your tastebuds a favour, get yourself a jar and put it on everything.
