It's National Fitness Day and the theme is 'Powered by YOU'
We asked our team to let us know what their favourite ways of keeping fit are.
From Laura:
"I trained as a dancer/ performer, so fitness has always been a massive part of my life and it really helps me to regulate my mind and body.
I love to practise yoga and barre and love to go out for a run or walk first thing to catch the morning sun.
I love to stretch as much as possible as the aches and pains creep in if I don't!"
