Think your shoes don’t matter? Think again.

Poor footwear is one of the most overlooked causes of ongoing pain - especially in the feet, knees, hips, and lower back.

What to look for in good shoes:
🔹 Arch & ankle support
🔹 Cushioned but stable soles
🔹 Proper fit (especially if you're walking a lot or standing all day)
🔹 Activity-appropriate design (running, work, casual)

Pain in your feet or joints might not be random, it could be what you’re walking in every day. If something doesn’t feel right, get in touch.
