Today we hosted our Macmillan Coffee Morning and what a fantastic turnout it was!
Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful owners, we raised an incredible £580.00

There were plenty of delicious cakes to enjoy, raffle prizes to be won, and, most importantly, so much support shown for this amasing cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed – together, we are making a real difference for the vital work Macmillan Cancer Support does.

Our owners enjoyed a delightful afternoon filled with laughter, friendly competition, and delicious treats at our Animals Quiz Afternoon Tea on Thursday, 7th August.
From tasty turkey sandwiches and puff pastry “elephant ears” to sweet hummingbird cake and a refreshing cold duck mocktail, the menu was as creative as the quiz questions.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved seeing you all having such a wonderful time.

We had another amazing morning yesterday with the Totteridge Tonic Choir, including our very own Sally!
The choir treated us to a fantastic selection of popular songs from their extensive and varied repertoire, filling the room with joy, energy, and some truly heartwarming harmonies. It was a real treat for everyone, thank you for lifting our spirits once again!
We are already looking forward to the next performance!

Our Cook Cristina has outdone herself with White Chocolate and Blueberry Tarts that are as delicious as they look.

Farthing Court Team Hit 1 Million!

We are so proud to share that the amazing Tea Bag Team of Farthing Court, in partnership with Food Bank Aid, have packed an incredible ONE MILLION tea bags!

That is one million moments of comfort shared with the 20,000 people supported by Food Bank Aid. To mark this milestone, we celebrated with a very special cake made just for the occasion!

But it is not just about the tea, this is also a wonderful weekly social event, bringing so many lovely people together every Monday. It is a time for laughter, connection, and making a real difference as a community.

Food Bank Aid are grateful to every single person involved in making this possible. Your care, time, and dedication mean the world.

A great idea developed thanks to Helen, who recently brought in a collection of old newspapers from her late uncle. Flicking through the pages of history, she thought: Wouldn’t it be lovely for our owners to revisit these memories on VE Day?
Inspired by this, Olivera created a special VE Day Exhibition to mark the 80th Anniversary and it is now open!
Come along to the Function Room to explore the display and reflect on the incredible stories of that time.

Opening Night: Saturday, 17th May at 7.30pm
Exhibition open until: Tuesday, 27th May

On the final day, we will host a Reminiscence Afternoon at 3.30pm with tea, coffee and biscuits and shared memories.
