Coming up this June…

Alongside all our regular classes Eleanor will be running a Somatic Yoga workshop with a focus on hip tension on Saturday 7th.

On Sunday 8th join Harri for a deep dive class on the pose Chaturanga Dandasana (low plank) this will include the alignment of this common pose and transitions in and out it.

International Yoga Day is on June 21st, celebrate with Zoe that weekend with healing sounds and vibrations of Quartz and Alchemy Crystal singing bowls and other soothing sounds that create peace, harmony and relaxation within.

Join Eleanor next Saturday 8th March at 3pm for the first in a series of workshops focussing on Movement Beyond Stretching.

This first workshop will focus on using Somatic Yoga to release back pain, if you’ve experienced chronic back pain issues, or often feel stiff and achy there are intelligent ways to get things flowing that go beyond basic movement and strengthening. Eleanor’s approach to mindful mobilisation of the back involves awakening fluidity and ease in the spine, which comes with getting to know your anatomy, understanding the way you’re designed to move and allowing free physical expression.
