There was a time when movement didn’t need approval.

You bent down.
You twisted.
You got up off the floor like a normal person.

Now everything requires a risk assessment.

You pause.
You plan.
You make eye contact with the chair before committing.

Nothing is technically wrong.
Your body has just decided it prefers intention over impulse.

By the time it shows up, movement has usually been compensating for a while, shifting load, avoiding restriction, protecting something that isn’t working as it should.
