There was a time when movement didn’t need approval.
You bent down.
You twisted.
You got up off the floor like a normal person.
Now everything requires a risk assessment.
You pause.
You plan.
You make eye contact with the chair before committing.
Nothing is technically wrong.
Your body has just decided it prefers intention over impulse.
