Veterans Bereavement Support is a not-for-profit community organisation providing bereavement support to veterans and their families across the UK.

Providing ongoing bereavement care for families and friends of those who have served and who struggle with the passing of someone special, the organisation is run by a small team of dedicated volunteers who donate their time, skills, and talents.

Veterans Bereavement Support is not funded by any organisation and relies completely on donations to keep its services running.

We believe that everyone, no matter who they are, should receive high quality end of life care. And we are delighted to support the launch of Hospice UK report 'I just want to be me', which explores barriers faced by trans and gender diverse people when accessing end of life, hospice and palliative care.

The report highlights needs & sets out recommendations to make sure trans communities feel safe & included when they most need it.
