'Thank you so much for welcoming me yesterday and introducing me to Abi.
I really enjoyed the class yesterday. It was an amazing reminder of what I love about Pilates and how important it is to have the right teacher and Abi is definitely right for me. She gave guidance in the way that I felt I could follow / knew what to do, and options to adjust difficulty which gave me motivation to improve. Loved it.

I also loved your studio, feels like a hidden gem in SE6. Very calming and inviting'
