Our therapists are insured & fully qualified in different types of treatments, namely Yoga (Hatha​, Yin/Restorative, Kundalini), Meditation and Mindfulness, Sports massage, Deep tissue, Remedial Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Detox and Anti-cellulite treatments, Lymphatic Drainage​, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage, Reflexology, Reiki/Energy Healing. We boast 20 years of cumulative experience.
