Breast reduction & Implant revision ✨
Many patients come to me after previous breast surgery elsewhere, realizing their implants were too large for their frame. Oversized implants can lead to:
- Quick tissue stretching
- Drooping (ptosis)
- Neck, back, and shoulder discomfort
- Skin irritation under the breasts
This patient had previously undergone surgery elsewhere with large implants and minimal reduction. After detailed consultations, we:
✔️ Reduced breast volume by 3–4 cup sizes
✔️ Replaced implants with a smaller, more proportionate size
✔️ Performed an uplift using a special supportive muscle technique for long-term shape and projection
