It's been short and sweet but Will has brought so much fun and joy to the practice. His lovely singing/scatting, fantastic humour and endless supply of cottage cheese will be missed greatly, but we wish him all the best in his new move to the seaside🌊

Join Charlie Moult for an experiential evening exploring Mind - Breath Navigation techniques to help support the Nervous System.

✨Wednesday 24th September at 6pm

You will be guided on techniques leveraging elevated levels of C02 to access and explore deeper states of awareness, calm and ability to find centre. This workshop is bespoke, with hands on, individualised support.

The session will begin with a grounding practice, followed by a personal body mapping and Breathwork analysis.

You will learn some of the Neuroscience and benefits behind the practice, working with the cranium and sacrum.

All techniques are modifiable and safe. This will be followed by a guided breathing set of three different styles of Breathwork techniques and Breath hold to curated music.

The workshop will end with a guided decompression practice, self inquiry and a Q&A.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer and with an incredible new toolkit💛
