Got this from Gary Brecka, great morning breakfast

Brain-Boosting Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk (MCTs for ketone production)
- 1 tbsp organic chia seed (fiber, omega-3s, and magnesium)
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts (rich in DHA for cognitive function)
- 1/2 tsp raw honey (supports melatonin production)
- 1/2 tsp grass-fed collagen peptides (amino acids for brain repair) - optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for flavor & relaxation)

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well
- Let sit overnight in the fridge (or for at least 3 hours)
- Stir before serving & top with extra walnuts or wild blueberries
