We had an amazing gym session! 💪 The energy in the room was brilliant, and everyone got fully involved. From warm-ups to the final stretch, there were smiles, determination, and lots of encouragement along the way.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session, and it’s great to see such positive vibes and teamwork. Can’t wait for the next one! 🙌

We had such a fantastic time celebrating Red Nose Day at Forrester Court! ❤️🔴

Everyone got involved, from having red noses to joining in with music, and lots of laughter. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and such a strong sense of community spirit throughout the day.

Together, we’ve raised awareness for a great cause while creating some lovely memories! 👏

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming the English National Opera to Forrester Court 🎶

They gave us some beautiful performances, including group sessions and special one-to-one performances for those who are bed bound, making sure everyone could be part of the experience.

With the sounds of violins, cellos and piano filling the home, it created a truly lovely atmosphere. Everyone seemed really to enjoy it, and it was wonderful to see so many smiles.

A big thank you to the English National Opera for such a memorable visit 💙

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the garden today, soaking up the sunshine for the first time this year ☀️🌷

There’s something so special about that first warm day everyone made the most of it, enjoying fresh air, good company and a well-earned dose of vitamin D. The smiles said it all!

Here’s to many more sunny afternoons spent outdoors together 🌼💛

✨🎭 Pantomime Time at Forrester Court! 🎭✨

The staff at Forrester Court are putting on a pantomime for our residents and guests “Little Red Riding Hood and the Very Confused Wolf” 🐺❤️

📅 Date: 13th February
⏰ Time: 2:00pm sharp

All are welcome to come along and enjoy an afternoon of laughter and fun. We can’t wait to be a little silly, swap our work uniforms for Broadway-worthy costumes, and put on a show for everyone!

We hope to see you there for lots of smiles, laughs, and pantomime magic ✨

🎄💚 We had a very special visitor at Forrester Court today the Grinch stopped by! The residents really seemed to enjoy his visit, with lots of laughter and smiles all around. It was such a fun moment and definitely brought some festive cheer to the day! 😄✨
