If you've ever stepped out of bed and felt a sharp pain through your heel you'll know how much it can affect your day.
Plantar fasciitis is really common, especially if you walk a lot, run, or spend long hours on your feet. But the good news is small changes often help more than people think.
Here are a few things that can make mornings a lot more comfortable:
👣 Roll your foot on a tennis ball for a minute or two
👣 Supportive shoes (your feet will thank you)
👣 Gentle calf stretches - tight calves can pull on the fascia
👣 Avoid long periods of standing if you can while it's irritated
You don't need to put up with heel pain, a couple of tweaks can go a long way.
