If you've ever stepped out of bed and felt a sharp pain through your heel you'll know how much it can affect your day.

Plantar fasciitis is really common, especially if you walk a lot, run, or spend long hours on your feet. But the good news is small changes often help more than people think.

Here are a few things that can make mornings a lot more comfortable:
👣 Roll your foot on a tennis ball for a minute or two
👣 Supportive shoes (your feet will thank you)
👣 Gentle calf stretches - tight calves can pull on the fascia
👣 Avoid long periods of standing if you can while it's irritated

You don't need to put up with heel pain, a couple of tweaks can go a long way.

Injuries don't always happen gradually, sometimes they stop you in your tracks.

After injuring his shoulder and ribs during CrossFit, this client got in touch and was seen the same day by Joe. Through a tailored combination of acupuncture, massage, and gentle adjustments, he was back to full training, with fewer niggles and better mobility than before.
