It's our goal to help men who experience ED overcome this hurdle at an affordable cost. My specialisms are Deep Tissue, Swedish and Myofascial Release massage.

I have always shown an interest in fitness and health and try and explore this in a variety of ways, through sport, movement, and cooking. After moving to London from my birth place of Hungary I developed a passion for dance. Dancing enhances your flexibility, core strength, balance, coordination, and overall vitality, not to mention keeps your sense of play, exploration and expression through the body. This led me to want to explore and understand the human body more, and I decided I wanted to learn massage therapy. The London College of Massage was a great choice to start my career with, I qualified as a Massage Practitioner in July 2015, and have been proudly working at the clinic since December of that year. I now also run my own business at Zone Gym Wood Green, where I have a chance to treat professional bodybuilders, boxers, gymnasts and a variety of other athletes. The freedom of managing my own workload has helped me to become very driven to grow in this field. I believe massage therapy is beautiful, the art of healing that all practitioners aim to master

My main area of focus is the deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
