There are certain questions I get asked very often, and it's natural if you've never had therapy or hypnotherapy before.

The beauty of cognitive hypnotherapy is that there is no set way I work with a client.

👉🏽 I listen to what they need and work out how I can help them.
🌟 It is a collaborative process, not something which happens 'to' 'you.
🌟 There is a lot of creativity involved, and it's a comfortable and easy way to make changes to your life and your mindset.

So many of the clients I see are struggling with anxiety or hidden or chronic illnesses, which they are just USED TO managing.

They keep going with the same stuff in their heads. They struggle on day after day. 😔
But...
