All living creatures are surrounded by layers of electrical energy (the “aura”), which correspond to the “chakras” (energy centres). Chakras are believed to be the connection between the physical body, the mind & the spirit. Spiritual H
ealing (a form of Energy Healing - like Reiki) is a process whereby the healer makes a connection to the aura, & can then “channel” energy to the person receiving a healing (the “healee”). The energy can then disseminate via the chakras to areas of the body, mind or spirit that may require assistance. All that is required is that the healee sits in a comfortable position, closes his or her eyes to assist relaxation, & with prior permission the healer will lightly touch the healee on certain points of the body to assist the healing process. It differs from “Faith Healing” in that religious faith is not required, but Spiritual Healing works harmoniously alongside any faith or indeed lack thereof. Indeed, Spiritual Healing can also benefit animals! Humans often report sensations of warmth, coolness, tingling or sometimes emotional release during or after a healing. These are common experiences, although are not always noticed & one should not think that no benefit has been derived in their absence. About Elliot:
I grew up in New Zealand, & moved to the UK in 1997. I have always been interested in alternative healing methodologies - at the age of nineteen I recognised that I was sensitive to energy from crystals, & later on learned that I could dowse. I then decided to study energy healing, & in 2014 I graduated as a qualified Spiritual Healer after three years of study at The Spiritualist Association Of Great Britain.
