It is stormy weather and the sky is deep ocean blue colour. 🌊✨

“I am playing outside. I am a little child,” - describes the client as she finds herself outside in the middle of a storm.

“Everybody is running around, trying to find a place to hide, - she says in a deeply emotional voice, - But I am not. I am just playing. I don’t understand what’s happening.”

It turned out that a devastating storm broke out in that place and the parents of the child were trying to save her and calling her to come back and hide. But as the child was small and couldn’t understand the danger, she wouldn’t listen and come back.

They tried to rush to help her, but it was too late and, unfortunately, a big rock came from the sky and killed all of them.

It was a very short life but it was shown for a reason, as all the lives that are shown in QHHT.

The Subconscious said that they showed it so she could understand that she wasn’t guilty. They explained that in this life she didn’t want to be playful, as she was worried it would give other people problems.

“You can have joy now, - said the Subconscious, - it was not your fault. We can release the guilt now.”

This way the Subconscious teaches us the wisdom of all kinds of experiences and learnings that we take from our multiple lives. Whatever we experienced in the past, we can let go now and be free to enjoy our life at its best. ✨

There is a vast healing potential that exists in the Universe and can be so easily accessed by anybody. The untapped spiritual energy lies there, just underneath the physical surface, waiting for us to be called to heal.✨

One of such energies is COLOURS. They are a vibration that permeates everything around us and within us. Colours exist in nature, food, clothing, decoration, books. 🍓☀️🌳

But not only that! Colours also exist in our thoughts, in sounds, in thin energy air - awaiting for our contact. The amount of times that colours come up in healing sessions and they are working on the person’s body to improve it, is countless. 💖

For anybody who has experienced deep meditative states and has received healing from colours - this process is beautiful and precious. The pure elemental joy that we feel when the RED, the GREEN, the YELLOW, the BLUE, the PURPLE are coming to heal us, is out of this world. Sometimes this elevated happiness is bigger than earthy pleasures. 🤲🫑🌹

So what can one do to come in touch with colours:

🪻 First of all, meditate on it. Allow yourself to go into deep meditation (no distractions) and feel what energy comes to you. Feel, sense, trust, receive. 🤲

🍒 Secondly, invite the energy of COLOURS to come to your space and feel them. You can say: “Orange, come to me now and help me”. Or you can just hold the intention and imagine how the wave of sparkling yellow descends on you and heals you. 🍋

🫐 Next, allow this beautiful colour go into your body and work on it. Let it permeate all of the space inside of you and bathe in it for a long time with no pauses. Focus especially on the areas that need healing the most. See how the organs get better. 🍑

🌸 Stay with the energy of Colours for as long as needed, give them TIME to help you in the best way. They KNOW how to heal you. 🤲

This simple practice will elevate your being every day of your life. You will feel much lighter, happier, calmer just by the energy of colours in your life. 🤗

You will also quickly increase your visualisation skills and learn to follow your intuition more. 💖

I am working on my next book and reading my old notes that I took some years ago. They are really interesting to read! ❤️✍️

Each note contains some information about energy world. ☀️ How to work with energy 💌 How to look after your energy 🍐 How to create energy ✨ How to balance your aura ⭐️ How to transform your organs 💖

And many others. I am glad I wasn’t lazy and wrote everything that came to me in energy creation practice down. 😊🗳️

One of this notes says: “Listen to the energy you give to other people”, which basically means not just choosing the energy that you want to receive from the outside world, but also choosing what energy you give out to others. ☀️

It speaks about giving space to other people vibrationally, so they can have a chance to create their own energy. Like, for example, giving space to children, so they can form their own energy and interact with their aura freely. Also, giving space to your loved ones, so they can recreate their energy and balance themselves with the Universe. 🧘‍♀️🤲

This point doesn’t mean ignoring them or restricting your love, it means more listening to the MOMENT and feeling when the energy would like to be on its own and savouring that moment with love. 🩷🥰

I enjoyed reading about this point and I think I will surely include a mini-chapter on our energy interaction with the outside world in my book. 🤗✨

A morning is a perfect opportunity to de-construct the reality and to re-construct it according to our wishes. 🌟💕

Before thoughts… before plans… before habitual situations - we have an open field of possibilities, still untarnished by the constrictions of the mind. 🌅

Look around you as if you have never seen it before… What is the sky? What is the earth? What is a street? Imagine you don’t know anything about it yet. 🌸

You have just landed into this dream called life and you are about to create. You have all the possibilities, all the powers, all the opportunities in front of you. What do you really wish for yourself? 🥰

Imagine that the reality around you is like a puzzle… it is made of blocks of energy, which can float and be rearranged according to your liking. 🧩 You can look at these blocks and change them with the look of your eye - your projection of what you would like to manifest in your life. 💖

Picture that in each of these blocks happens the reality of your dreams - the visuals that you are craving to see in your real life. See - in one block you are dancing… In another - surrounded by incredible people… In the third - receiving a successful offer. 👏❤️

You are surrounded by these invisible energy blocks of your chosen reality and you are bathing in them, like in the best vibration you could possibly imagine. 💝

People often ask what the Subconscious says during QHHT sessions. 🧐😍

Well, lots of different messages. They mainly try to encourage the person to believe in themselves, to work on connecting to higher energies, to keep on trying, to heal themselves. The Subconscious is a very kind guiding power and often they want us to reach the connection ourselves. 🧘‍♀️❤️

Among one of the things they usually say is that we are healers and we can heal ourselves. We need to work on that. WE, US, the PERSON needs to sit with themselves and meditate and use healing energy to clear their vibration and feel better. 💖

I know so many people want to get instant healing and all the answers, but they forget sometimes that the whole point here is LEARNING and GROWING. If the Subconscious thinks that we need to master the connection ourselves, then they really mean it. And it concerns many people on our planet at the same time. 🤗

My suggestion is not to walk around looking for quick fixes, but rather use this energy to ASSIST you in the process of self-healing that you are already doing. It all starts with YOU. ALWAYS. 💖

Having said that, the Subconscious will always try to give the person the healing. They always act in our best interest and they want us to be happy and healthy. That’s for sure. You can rely on their love and wisdom. 👌💖

They always stress that we need to concentrate on the positive things and work with high energies to transmute the low frequencies. One of such messages is that we can shower with love whatever we don’t need, like, for example, in the above mentioned quote. You don’t need to figure out and analyse too much, just bathe it in love. 💚🌟

Love is the highest healing vibration and, if you meditate on bathing your energy in love, it will alchemise all the vibrations that need healing. 🥰

Remember, YOU are the healer. You need to do the work. You need to spend time with yourself. Then your future self will be grateful to your younger self and will benefit beautifully from your loving energy. 🧡
