Digestive healing doesn’t happen in an “all or nothing” way.

It’s not about eating perfectly every day or living in constant restriction.

It’s about…

✨ Noticing what helps you feel light, comfortable, and nourished
✨ Adding small daily practices that build over time
✨ Choosing to get back on the path when you fall off the band wagon
✨ Listening to your body’s cues and responding with compassion

You think you're eating healthy. But your body says otherwise.

That “healthy” salad or green smoothie might not be as harmless as you think.

Our modern world — full of hidden toxins in our food,  in the environment, they are everywhere. Your body will be able to tolerate a certain amount, but if we add to an already struggling liver — these toxins start to play havoc with your system. Leaving you wondering why I'm doing everything I can to eat 'healthy', and yet my body is still sruggling.

Inflammation  - an inflamed system manifests in different ways in different people. 

It can look like:

Fluctuating moods

Stubborn weight gain

Constipation or Diarrhoea

Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

High cholesterol

Brain fog

Fatigue that no amount of rest seems to fix

Pause for a moment. Have you noticed any of these symptoms in yourself lately?

From a food perspective, the usual culprits are often hiding in plain sight: 

👉 HIghly processed seed oils

👉 Poor-quality wheat in supermarket bread

👉 Too much dairy in your diet

👉 And all the chemicals, preservatives, and so called natural flavourings

These have become so normalised in our diets that many women don’t realise they’re fueling the very symptoms they’re trying to fix.

Start by swapping just one ingredient this week — message me ‘swap’ and I’ll send you ideas.

I'm advocating a slower, more simple way of eating and living — one your grandmother might recognise.

Rooted in seasonal living, whole foods, and ancient wisdom that supports the body and health.

You're not alone.

For me, it started with waking at 3am, always putting work first, working 10 hour shifts — and yet, no matter how hard I worked, it never felt like enough.

Even in a purposeful career, I felt disconnected from my own sense of purpose.
I didn’t know how much I was holding — or how good I’d become at hiding it, pretending it wasn't there.

Two years after chemotherapy, my dad died suddenly. A year after that I found myself in the middle of one of the worlds worst natural disasters. It was 2004 and the tsunami in Thailand, where I was living at the time.
I didn’t call what I had expereinced trauma back then — I was just life and I had to get on with it.

But my body knew.

It whispered in my sleep, in my digestion, in the exhaustion, and in the busyness of my life. It whispered in all the socially acceptable ways of using time.

It wasn’t until my early 30s that I really began to notice.

I knew something needed to change — not dramatically, but I had to priortise what was important to me.

So I came back to what I knew.
Moving my body. I had been practicing yoga and meditation since my early 20s so I knew I had to commit to that.

And slowly… I began to reconnect.

I started to feel like myself again — not the version that was coping (very well I may add), but the one who was listening.

I feel the whispers calling again asking me to build a community - The Conscious Collective 🌿

A free, private space for conscious women who want to care for themselves differently — not with pressure, but with presence.
