True recovery gives your body time to repair, rebuild and grow stronger. Without it, stress and fatigue build up and eventually lead to burnout or injury.

Active rest, gentle movement, good nutrition and quality sleep are all vital parts of resilience. By prioritising recovery, you give your body the energy and balance it needs to perform at its best.

This month we’re celebrating the wonderful Jules 💫

Here’s what Jules had to say:

1️⃣ How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

When I returned from New Zealand a year or so ago, my sciatica made me search online for a solution. I looked locally, and then extended my search because the reviews for SYNERGY made me make that first appointment.

2️⃣ How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

All I can say is that every visit has been brilliant. Every member of the team treats me with respect, professionalism and as an individual, always with a smile. Lee has worked with me to overcome my sciatica to it becoming pretty much non-existent! Lewis does amazing sports massage too, which has aided recovery. All the staff are friendly, and always give me time; I never feel rushed, or just a number who hands over the money.

3️⃣ What’s your number one health goal this year?

To keep moving, it’s the key to having an easier time once one gets to a certain age.

4️⃣ Tell us something interesting about yourself.

Erm…what’s interesting to one person might bore the pants off someone else! But I’m a 2nd dan black belt in karate, who climbs trees for a living, and is an internationally exhibiting fine artist. How’s that?

5️⃣ If you could give someone who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time one piece of advice, what would it be?

If you have an issue that has been bothering you, call these guys ASAP, you won’t regret it for a moment - give yourself over to them and feel the difference immediately.
