We’re delighted to celebrate Mark as our November Member of the Month! 🙌🏼

Mark has been part of the SYNERGY family for almost eight years, regularly visiting for maintenance care to keep his back feeling strong and mobile.

His commitment to looking after his health (and his sense of humour) make him a joy to have in the clinic. We especially loved hearing how he’s still making tea for the same lovely lady he met on his first day at work… over 50 years ago! ☕💛

Thank you, Mark, for your loyalty, positivity, and for being such a valued part of the SYNERGY community.

Here’s what Mark had to say:

1. How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

I needed a chiropractor to help with an ongoing lower back issue. The reviews of SYNERGY were really positive so I thought that I would give them a try.. Almost 8 years later, they are still helping to manage my issues through regular maintenance.

2. How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

They have been brilliant! The whole team are very personable, professional and knowledgeable and make my appointments enjoyable. SYNERGY continue to evolve and improve on the services that they offer.

3. What’s your number one health goal this year?

To start playing golf again.

4. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I met a girl on my first day of work. She was very pleased that I joined the company because it meant that I would now be making the tea for the whole office as the new recruit. 51 years later, I still make tea for her as my wife.

5. If you could give someone who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time one piece of advice, what would it be?

You will soon feel relaxed and reassured that you are in very good hands.

We’re excited to celebrate Leanne as our October Member of the Month! 💜

Leanne has been visiting us for both Massage with Christina and Chiropractic care with Lee, supporting her through pregnancy and beyond.

Her positivity and commitment to looking after her health has been inspiring, and now, just seven months after welcoming her new baby, she’s focused on rebuilding her strength and fitness 🙌🏼

1. How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

I actually know Christina through my sister so I specifically went for a sports massage because my sister recommended her.

2. How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

I absolutely love the practice, even more so now they have moved to their swanky new building. They are always so extremely friendly, professional and honestly make my back feel like new again each visit!

3. What’s your number one health goal this year?

Having had a baby 7 months ago my main goal is to just rebuild my strength and fitness back to pre pregnancy.

4. Tell us something interesting about yourself...

II used to be a cheerleader and compete.

5. If you could give somebody who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time, what would it be?

Since starting care with us earlier this year, Clive has made fantastic progress—combining adjustments, sports massage, and at-home exercises to get back to doing what he loves most: playing golf 🏌️‍♂️

Here’s what Clive had to say:

1. How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

“I searched online for a local chiropractor in Twickenham after struggling with back pain through the winter of 2024/25, and that’s how I found SYNERGY”

2. How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

“My experience has been excellent. The treatment plan with Murray (chiropractic adjustments) and Lewis (sports massage), along with home exercises, has made a huge difference. All the staff are extremely friendly and create a very welcoming environment”

3. What’s your number one health goal this year?

“To get fit and stay pain-free so I can enjoy a 3-week golf tour in the Far East this coming January/February—without painkillers!”

4. Tell us something interesting about yourself...

“I’ve always been very keen on sport, but golf is now my main game. I’ve been fortunate to play all over the world, including the Algarve, and I’m excited to return to some amazing courses in Asia after a 14-year gap”

5. If you could give somebody who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time, what would it be?

“Don’t be fearful of chiropractic treatment - it’s not painful, and it really does work. I’m very glad I went ahead with it”

Can’t sleep? 😫 What you eat affects your sleep! Eating a heavy dinner late disrupts sleep. Finish eating 2-3 hours before bed. Certain nutrients calm the nervous system. Tryptophan, magnesium, and calcium are key. 🌿

Foods like turkey, leafy greens, and dairy help. Pair these with complex carbs. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed. 🍎 Limit fluids to avoid night-time trips to the toilet.

Dim lights and avoid screens before bed. 🧘‍♂️
