This month we’re celebrating Kay, who first heard about SYNERGY through a glowing recommendation from her hairdresser - proof that word of mouth really does matter.
Here’s what Kay had to say:
1️⃣ How did you first hear about SYNERGY?
I was chatting to my hairdresser, as you do & the manager recommended SYNERGY based on his own experience. When someone you trust won’t stop talking about how good something is, you listen.
2️⃣ How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?
I came to SYNERGY in quite a bit of pain with an ongoing lower back issue & honestly felt frustrated & unsure what to expect. From the very first appointment, I felt completely listened to. Instead of a quick fix, everything was explained, adjusted & tailored specifically to me. Gradually, the pain eased, my movement improved & I started trusting my body again. Now I feel stronger, more balanced & far more confident, which has made a real difference to both my everyday life & my training.
3️⃣ What’s your number one health goal this year?
My main health goal this year is to stay strong, mobile & pain-free so I can continue training consistently and feel confident in my body. SYNERGY has played a big part in helping me move better and smarter.
4️⃣ Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I’m an interior designer who’s learned that fear is very selective. Heights? No problem. Skydiving? Loved it. Small enclosed spaces? Absolutely not …go figure!
5️⃣ If you could give someone who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don’t wait, just GO, even if you’re unsure. I was & it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. It’s not about a quick fix; it’s about getting to the root of the issue, understanding your body properly & building strength & confidence in a way that actually lasts.
