We’re delighted to celebrate Clive as our September Member of the Month! 🙌🏼

Since starting care with us earlier this year, Clive has made fantastic progress—combining adjustments, sports massage, and at-home exercises to get back to doing what he loves most: playing golf 🏌️‍♂️

Here’s what Clive had to say:

1. How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

“I searched online for a local chiropractor in Twickenham after struggling with back pain through the winter of 2024/25, and that’s how I found SYNERGY”

2. How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

“My experience has been excellent. The treatment plan with Murray (chiropractic adjustments) and Lewis (sports massage), along with home exercises, has made a huge difference. All the staff are extremely friendly and create a very welcoming environment”

3. What’s your number one health goal this year?

“To get fit and stay pain-free so I can enjoy a 3-week golf tour in the Far East this coming January/February—without painkillers!”

4. Tell us something interesting about yourself...

“I’ve always been very keen on sport, but golf is now my main game. I’ve been fortunate to play all over the world, including the Algarve, and I’m excited to return to some amazing courses in Asia after a 14-year gap”

5. If you could give somebody who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time, what would it be?

“Don’t be fearful of chiropractic treatment - it’s not painful, and it really does work. I’m very glad I went ahead with it”

A few days late but we’re thrilled to celebrate the wonderful Astrid as our July Member of the Month!

Since starting her chiropractic care, Astrid has experienced fantastic positive changes and now visits us for monthly maintenance to keep things on track!

Her warm energy, brilliant sense of humour, and kind spirit never go unnoticed - we always look forward to her visits, especially when she brings along her lovely daughter, Iris!

Thank you, Astrid, for being such a valued part of our community - you brighten up the clinic every time you walk through the door!

Here’s what Astrid had to say:

1. How did you first hear about SYNERGY?

“I’d walked past your sign a few times on Heath Road and thought “I really need to look into sorting my back” but life seemed to get in the way. I’m so glad I finally booked an appointment.”

2. How have you found your experience at SYNERGY so far?

“In a word, brilliant. From the lovely warm smiles from Molly as you come in to the time spent with Amelia to assess my many back woes, I’ve never felt better looked after. I could feel the difference from the adjustments in such a surprisingly short time and I’ve stayed feeling much more flexible and relaxed. I’ve loved learning about the process too; Amelia is both exceptionally good and just lovely to chat to and learn from. Each session is something I genuinely look forward to.”

3. What’s your number one health goal this year?

“After having another baby, it’s definitely getting back to and maintaining being more active and enjoying the amazing weather we’ve had.”

4. Tell us something interesting about yourself...

“Discretion is the better part of valour! However, I’m terrible at taking such advice and this has resulted in events such as cycling from Paris to London on five broken ribs and a collapsed lung.”

5. If you could give somebody who is considering visiting SYNERGY for the first time, what would it be?

“Don’t delay and put it off for another day. Book an appointment with Amelia and everything will be better.”
