Cath Barnes-Holt Iyengar Yoga and Acupuncture Level 3 Certified IYENGAR Yoga Teacher (CIYT); TCM & 5 Element Acupuncturist (MBAcC, Lic Ac). Massage Therapist/Reflexologist.

Cath is a certified, experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher qualified to Level 3 (Intermediate Junior Level 3). She has been practising yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2003. She regularly attends workshops and conventions with senior Iyengar yoga teachers and has had four recent visits to Pune, India for extensive study with Geeta Iyengar, senior teachers and other members of the Iyengar family. Cath's Iyengar Yoga classes are in Ealing, Barnes and Putney (see below for the current timetable). Private yoga tuition is available in her fully equipped (including wall ropes) home studio in the W7 area of Ealing, London. Cath also has a first-class BSc honours degree in acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, UK. She practises integrated TCM and 5 Elements acupuncture in Northfields/Boston Manor, London W7. OPEN YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE:

Cath has been practising yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2003. She is a certified, experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher qualified to Intermediate Junior Level 3. She regularly attends workshops and conventions with senior Iyengar yoga teachers and has had four recent visits to Pune, India to study with Geeta Iyengar and the Iyengar family.
