🌟 Had a fantastic time with the wonderful students from The Link School! We hosted our largest Seated Basketball game, and it was heartwarming to see two generations bonding and having fun together. 🎉

We can’t wait for their next visit! 🏀❤️

Today is World Art Day! 🎨 Our residents had a fantastic time creating vibrant art using either watercolors or oil pastels.
They explored freehand scenes and even enjoyed psychedelic coloring of the Beatles—one of their favorites! The results were truly wonderful. 🌈✨

🌟 **Gratitude Tuesday Highlights!** 🌟
Today, our residents came together to share **6 Things to be Thankful For**! 🙏✨ The joy of gratitude filled the room as we reflected on the positives in our lives.
Next up, we tackled some exciting **Hangman Phrases**! 🧩 Can you guess the famous phrases we solved?
With over **1 million points** earned, our competitive spirit was on fire! 🔥
We wrapped up the morning with some fun **grip strength exercises** and grooved to the Macarena! 💪💃

🎤✨ What an amazing day at our Singalong! Our residents truly shined as we passed the microphone around, showcasing their incredible talent and love for music. 🎶💖
It was heartwarming to see everyone join in and sing their hearts out. Thank you to all who participated and made this event so special!

We are always delighted to welcome our friends from Christchurch Sutton. This Easter, we were especially pleased to be joined by Reverend Phil, alongside Sheila and Nicola, as well as a new friend of Grasmere, Carol.

They led a lovely service for us, followed by tea, chats, and great company all around.

Wishing all our friends a very Happy Easter! 🌼🐣

We were welcomed today by all these lovely Easter eggs from our wonderful proprietor. Such a thoughtful surprise that really brightened everyone’s day!

Catching up on our BINGO prizes 🎉

We handed out prizes for two full games, and no surprise — chocolate was the top request! 🍫

Rosemary chose her favourite Bournville chocolate, David celebrated a double win with an extra big box of chocolates, and Doreen smashed it with a triple win! She picked her favourite bath gel along with a cute cuddly animal 🧸

It’s always so lovely to see the smiles these little prizes bring 💛

Monday is quickly becoming “Art Day” 🎨

Today we got creative with some Easter-themed activities. Alongside our decorations, we love adding a personal touch, so residents had a choice of pictures to colour – from posters to rabbits and Easter eggs 🐰🥚

Antony also lent a helping artistic hand, which led to some lovely chats and plenty of smiles all around 😊
