I smiled when this memory popped up - those small group workshops were always great fun to run.

And then, almost perfectly timed, I had an enquiry from someone looking for help with eating habits and weight.

Funny how things line up sometimes.

I haven’t run one of these groups for years…
but I also know this is something a lot of people still struggle with - especially this time of year, after a bit of Christmas over-indulging and that familiar “I need to get back on track” feeling.

So this is me just putting a feeler out...

If I were to run something again, it would be focused on:
• resetting eating habits
• improving mindset and relationship with food
• feeling more in control, consistent, and confident
• losing weight in a realistic, sustainable way (no extremes)

It could be:
📍 Daventry or Higham Ferrers (Northants)
💻 or online (live, supportive, small group)

If that’s something you’d be interested in - or even just curious about, comment INTERESTED or drop me a message.

If there’s genuine interest, I’ll look at putting something together.

No commitment at this stage, just seeing if there’s interest.

You don’t control your emotions - you lead them!

“When we direct our thoughts properly, we can control our emotions.” - W. Clement Stone

Most people try to control how they feel.
But feelings are the output - not the starting point.

Thoughts lead to feelings.
Feelings lead to the actions we take - or avoid.
And those actions shape our results.

When thoughts run unchecked, emotions follow automatically.
When thoughts are led with intention, emotions stabilise - and behaviour shifts.

You don’t need to control every thought.
You just need to notice which ones you’re following.

Thought for today:
What thought are you rehearsing most often - and where is it leading you?

Awareness is always the first shift.

Do You Still Believe in Your Dreams - or Did You Quietly Park Them?

As we step into 2026, here’s a question worth slowing down for:

When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to imagine what’s possible for you?

Not what’s practical.
Not what feels safe.
Not what fits inside everyone else’s expectations.

But what you genuinely want.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said:
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

Yet so often, we spend more time focused on what we don’t want:
The stress.
The pressure.
The things that didn’t work.

And without realising it, clarity disappears.

Because clarity doesn’t come from avoiding discomfort - it comes from choosing direction.

So pause for a moment.

If anything were possible…
What would you love to enjoy, achieve, or experience:

• this week?
• this month?
• this year - in 2026?

When you’re clear on what you want, aligned action becomes far simpler.
Not rushed.
Not forced.
Just intentional.

This is how progress actually happens:

Believe in yourself
Believe in what’s possible
Take small, consistent, aligned action

Believe + Action = Achieve

So here’s the question I’ll leave you with:

What’s one thing you’d genuinely love to accomplish in 2026 - if you allowed yourself to go after it?

Name it.
Own it.
Then take the first step.

Let’s make 2026 a year that doesn’t just happen -
but one you choose to create on purpose.

A good reminder, especially if you’ve been stuck in your head.

“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done.
One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow,
so today is the right day to love, believe, do, and mostly, live.” - Dalai Lama

It’s easy to get caught replaying what’s already happened…
or postponing change for a future moment that never quite arrives.

But real progress only ever happens today.

Not when you feel ready.
Not when everything’s perfect.
Just when you choose to show up.

Believe a little more.
Do one small thing that matters.
Live in alignment with who you’re becoming.

Pause to take one small moment today to reset your mind.
Then ask yourself: what’s one simple action I can take today to move forward?

Thank you - and Happy New Year to you! 🎉

As we step into 2026, I want to start the year with a genuine thank you.

To my clients - whether we worked together in person, online, 1:1, or through my programmes - thank you for trusting me with your mindset. It’s a real privilege to support you in getting out of your own head, finding clarity, building confidence, and moving forward toward the results that matter most to you.

This collage shows my Top 9 Instagram post highlights from 2025, and behind each one is a lesson learned or a moment of real change - for both me, and for the people I’ve had the privilege to work with.

A special thank you to the friends, colleagues, and clients who’ve:
• shared my posts, emails, and videos
• sent encouragement or kind messages
• recommended my work to others

I genuinely appreciate all the support - it means a lot. 🙏🏼

Here’s to starting 2026 with intention, clarity, and belief in what’s possible.

Believe + Action = Achieve.

Wishing you a calm, confident, and successful year ahead.

2026: Your Best Year Yet - Or Just Another One?

It won’t happen by accident.
And it won’t happen because the calendar changes.

Your next year will be shaped by three things:

Decide.
What you actually want - not what you “should” or “don’t” want.

Commit.
To doing fewer things… but doing the right ones consistently.

Action.
Small, aligned steps - taken before you feel fully ready.

Because here’s the truth most people avoid:
You either choose your direction… or drift into another year on default.

So ask yourself:
What would genuinely make 2026 your best year yet?
And what’s the next small step toward it - not the whole plan?

Clarity creates momentum.
Momentum creates results.

Drop one word or one action in the comments - what are you choosing for 2026?

If you want 2026 to be your best year yet -
don’t start with goals.
Start with your mind.

Most people don’t fail because they aim too low.
They fail because they carry old thinking, habits, and pressure into the new year…
and wonder why January feels heavy by week two.

In this video, I walk you through the exact end-of-year reset process I use personally - and with clients - to close the year clean and enter the next one with clarity and momentum.

It’s built around 9 questions that reset:
• your thinking
• your energy
• your focus
• and your follow-through

🎯 No hype.
🎯 No January overwhelm.
🎯 Just clean, simple direction.

Turning doubters into believers 🎄

Me, Santa… and Rudolph
(unofficially on Christmas duty today)

It made me smile -
and it reminded me of something important.

Christmas has always been about belief.

Not just the fairy lights and tradition -
but the quieter belief that something better is possible.

In my work, I see this all the time:

What you believe shapes:
• what you notice
• what you say yes to
• what you talk yourself out of
• and the actions you’re willing (or unwilling) to take

That’s why everything I teach comes back to this:

Believe + Action = Achieve

Not blind optimism.
Not wishful thinking.

But choosing beliefs that support you -
and backing them with small, consistent action.

Because when belief shifts, behaviour follows.
And when behaviour changes, results catch up.

So somewhere between the food, the family,
the quiet moments or the chaos…

Here’s a gentle question to sit with:

👉 What do you genuinely believe is possible for you next year -
if you trusted yourself just a little more?

That belief matters.
Because what your mind believes you will achieve.

Wishing you a Christmas filled with warmth, perspective, and a little belief magic ✨
(If Santa can pull it off every year… there’s hope for the rest of us 🎅🏼)
