Soul Retrieval.

Part of my work involves Soul Retrieval - a practise helping clients to re-integrate lost parts of themselves.

We can all lose Soul Parts at any stage of our lives when trauma, grief, life changes, or physical pain can cause us to become disconnected from parts of ourselves. Such loss can leave us feeling apathetic, lost, stuck.

Soul Retrieval allows me to work with clients to investigate the root of what may have become disconnected and re-integrate the lost parts into the whole person.

People find such clarity in these sessions or a sudden relief and shift from what’s been holding them back. It’s beautiful to witness.

As we go into autumn we are being asked to turn inward, to dive deep. It’s the perfect time to do this type of work.

Soul Retrieval can be booked as part of a regular healing session with me and also comes under the concession Wednesdays which are open to all 🤍

Such a beautiful autumnal walk on Hampstead Heath today. The oaks have shed their acorns, a letting go as they begin the turn inwards & conserve energy.

Let nature be your guide. We can mirror the patterns of the external natural world to remember and understand how we ourselves should be approaching each day, each season. Time to start turning down the dial. Listen in to your internal space and see if this resonates for you 🍂
