Wonderful beautiful Beltane ceremony in the woods last night held by the beautiful Cher and Nikki .points.north so lovely to connect with other beautiful women, speak from the heart to each other and dance with earth beneath our bare feet 💫💫💫

Beltane ushers in the May Queen, the spirit of joy and fertility and sensual sexuality, a time to connect with nature and feel joy and abundance. Nature is blooming and so are we! Our spirit lifts as we throw off the heavy cloak of winter, and it’s time to dance, drink, feast and be merry once more!

Found this in my 7 yo daughter’s handbag. Sadly we are still have to fight for women’s rights today especially with what’s happening in the US right now, and of course the manosphere. Still I’m glad she likes to carry a little reminder about her person at all times….. putting it on the fridge right now 💖💪😍

So much fun last night E5 at a brilliant night raising funds for Palestine. I donated a voucher and made vodka jellies for the cause, and of course partied with 2 of my lovely ladies .herbs

The vibe was high, everyone happy and smiling and I managed to get let loose with a bubble gun which was a lot of fun 🤣 so important as these days are still so dark and cold to get out there and have fun to bring the light and warmth. Feeling joyful today and blessed

I am very happy to be offering some new Breathwork offerings. I am having another retreat day on the 22nd Feb as part of my training .official and I have an intimate container of 2 places available. It will be at the meditation center in Liverpool Street and will include a whole day of intention setting, conscious connected breathe, and clearing blockages and patterns that are the way of creating the life you you want to live. It’s £150 for the whole day, 9.30-4.30 please send me a DM to book or hear more 💖💖💖

If you are interested in RBM Breathwork but can’t make a whole day I am now also facilitating 1:1 sessions of 2.5hours at my clinic and this will be a amazing chance to experience the power of Breathwork in a supported safe space. The charge for these is £95 and they are available to book now. I can also support 2 people together in a 3 hour session if you want to book, and the price for that is £75 each. Once I have graduated these prices will go up so if you are curious now is a great time to book!
