If I wanted my baby sleeping 10+ hours a night by the end of the month?
These are the three things I wouldn’t touch with a 10-foot pole:
1. Sleeping in past wake-up time.
Sounds harmless, but this one tweak alone sets the tone for the entire day. My clients see better sleep within days just by getting consistent here.
2. Staring at the clock.
If you don’t know your baby’s sleepy signs yet, that clock is lying to you. Learn their cues first—then the timing finally makes sense.
3. Guessing bedtime based on vibes.
Crankiness ≠ tired.
When you stop winging it and actually work from a plan, everything gets easier.
