There are spaces in my Friday classes at 9.30 and 10.30. These classes are in the beautiful church next to Gail’s- the United Reform Church 🙌

Don’t be shy! Beginners are so welcome and I will give different levels of exercises so no need to worry about being the ‘newbie!’

Come and join our wonderful, friendly classes and meet some new people 🙌😍

Why wait until January to get fit and more flexible ? Why not start now and go into Xmas feeling great?! By new year you will be up and running and ready to really start to focus on your strength, flexibility and fitness 💪

Classes are fun, super friendly,and really welcoming 🙌 It’s a fitness pilates class with like minded people, who work hard and meet for a coffee afterwards 😉

I have a couple of hard to come by spaces in the Friday classes @ 9.30 or 10.30

It’s paid by term and the next term is 6 weeks long.

Classes are booked by terms, which are 5/6 weeks long.
