July was been an amazing month for the members of Slimming World Penge. Not only did the group lose 23st 11½lbs but we had 7 members get to target weight during the month:

09/07/25 - Lisa P - 2st 5lbs
11/07/25 - Angelica - 4st 7½
16/07/25 - Millie - 3st 7lbs
16/07/25 - Giles - 1st 8lbs
16/07/25 - Jade - 5st 6lbs
24/07/25 - Marion - 2st 12lbs
31/07/25 - Lisa C - 2st 8lbs

Between them, these members have lost a fantastic 20st 11½lbs since they began their weight loss journeys with Slimming World Penge.
