🌷 Spring forward, feel better! 🌷

The clocks have officially jumped ahead, and while we might have lost an hour of sleep, we’re gaining so much more: brighter evenings, fresh energy, and the perfect chance to reset. ☀️

This season is all about growth and renewal. Why not use that extra daylight to focus on your wellbeing? Whether it’s booking a treatment with a CNHC-registered complementary healthcare practitioner, practicing mindfulness outdoors, or simply enjoying the spring air, now is the time to "spring" into a healthier routine.

✅ Pro Tip: If the time change has you feeling a bit sluggish, restorative practices such as massage therapy, reflexology, yoga therapy and many other therapies on CNHC's Accredited Register can help your body find its rhythm again.

Craniosacral Therapists use light touch and a spacious presence to encourage deep relaxation in their clients. In a typical session the client will lie (or sometimes sit) clothed on a treatment couch. The therapist makes contact by gently placing her/his hands on the client's body and uses a light, listening touch to tune into the subtle motions taking place. This quality of touch allows the patient to deeply let go, without any expectation of pressure, adjustment or pain.

The body has self-healing capabilities and is constantly striving for good health. Through deep relaxation, Craniosacral Therapy can facilitate this natural propensity for balance and a feeling of wellbeing in the client. Craniosacral Therapy recognises the interconnection between mind, body and emotions.

You can choose a therapist near you by searching our online Accredited Register of complementary healthcare professionals - giving you the confidence that they have met high standards of safety and professionalism and abide by CNHC's rigorous Code of Conduct, Ethics and Performance.
