Chinese Reflexology is a relaxing therapeutic treatment involving the application of pressure to the meridian points in the lower legs and feet.

Chinese Reflexology promotes healing of the internal organs and offers relief from pain & tension, and it also benefits people with diabetes, low energy and poor sleep.

It is particularly beneficial for women to help with menstruation, gynaecological complaints and family planning.

Irritability, sickness, water retention and podiatry conditions such as corns, calluses, bunions, gout, plantar fasciitis, and sports injuries, can also be addressed with reflexology.

This treatment is often combined with acupuncture to open the meridians and provide even longer-lasting relief of pain, for more effectively removing water retention, and other conditions.
