Something hit me whilst Circling yesterday...

I noticed how quickly the reflex comes - that instant urge to fix the moment someone shares their discomfort.

Yes, we mean well. And yes, it comes from care.

But what if the most profound gift we could give each other is the space to simply be?

That's what we create in Circling.

I'm hosting a seminar called the Wisdom of Wanting for the Soul of Men conference on Sunday.

Desires get a bad reputation and are inherently vulnerable.

Yet, when we take the time to notice them and separate that from the need to fulfil them, they are a great source of energy that can move us forward in our lives and bring clarity and joy to relationships.

I'm offering this seminar for women too under the name Desire Awakening.

In it we slow down to notice what we are really wanting. We take apart the dynamics of giving and receiving, separating who is doing the action and who it’s for.

What a great Immersion Day we had Circling together.

Circling is a chance to step away from the chaos of everyday life and into a space of deep connection and authentic presence.

Circling isn’t about fixing or achieving, but about simply being, allowing, and experiencing the profound aliveness that arises in shared presence.

For me, at its core, it is an invitation to give and receive attention as a form of love.
