You are invited to join the Guru Ram Das Project’s forthcoming One for the Heart online workshop, on Saturday 10th January 2026. We will celebrate the start of the New Year with an exploration of Suni-ai, the state of "deep listening" as taught by Guru Naanak Dev Ji.

This profound exploration will be guided by kundalini yoga teacher trainer, musician and karam kriya (healing conversation) teacher trainer Suhab Kaur.

We're delighted to announce a wonderful online workshop with Jai Inder Kaur on Living with Cancer Consciously. This moving and inspiring workshop will be the first in a series of very special GRDP One For the Heart events. Because of the universal nature of the themes, Jai Inder's workshop is relevant for anyone facing daunting challenges, not only yoga teachers or members of the public whose lives are affected by life shortening illness.
