People like to tell us how to act, how to behave, what to say, what to believe. They do it all our lives. Verbally, energetically, by example and in other ways. It's often meant kindly, or with an eye to our safety, or the subconscious transferring of genetic or ancestral programming from them to us. The side effect of this can be to limit us by fear, or by beliefs that it isn't safe to be ourselv
es. We take on others' beliefs about ourselves, and about what is and isn't true in life, consciously and unconsciously. We lose sight of who we really are, what we really think, feel, believe and know to be true. How we really perceive the world to be. We can get stuck in patterns that really don't work for us, keep us trapped, don't allow us to be ourselves, fully and freely. The world appears to be what others have told us it is. This stuck energy can manifest in thoughts, beliefs or even physical illness, that keeps us imprisoned. We can stuff down emotions, thoughts, memories. In an effort to cope with life. I work with you to help you to dissolve this stuckness, these illusions, you've been living with. Release you from the hidden limitations. I can help you to be free to be you. Free to be and express the amazing person that you are. Connect with your inner knowing and guidance. Your own truth and inner peace. Live more and more the life you are meant to be living, being the you that you were born to be. I strongly believe that the power to heal begins within. I believe in the extraordinary power we all have to heal ourselves and the empowerment that can come with releasing limiting beliefs, blocks, and old and damaging emotions.
