Hoje marca 20 anos de residência no Reino Unido 🇬🇧. Foram anos de muito aprendizado, e uma vida construída com sucesso e dedicação. Mas nunca esquecendo das minhas raizes e familia no Brasil 🇧🇷.

25/09/2005, três amigos e eu, chegamos em Londres e fomos muito bem recebidos por uma grande amiga .

Eu acredito que o melhor que eu fiz foi focar em estudar e aprender bem a língua inglesa e não focar em fazer dinheiro no inicio. Isso fez toda a diferença para o resto fluir bem. Essa é a minha dica para quem for morar fora.

Hoje, mãe de duas meninas lindas, nutricionista realizada, e cidadã britânica, só tenho a agradecer por tudo que tenho e conquistei ao lado do Larry que está junto nessa comigo todo esse tempo.

I am so blessed and grateful for the miracle of life.
The last years of our lives was so full filled with love and joy from our daughter Natalie that I can even imagine how wonderful will be the next years to come with the arrival of our second daughter.

Bringing at child to the world is an incredible experience and I took this journey very seriously always taking care of my health to provide the best development for them. Nutrition plays an extremely important role in this phase of our lives that I think is not spoken enough.
But I know and I practice the best of nutrition during pregnancy, making sure all vitamins and minerals are met as much as I can. Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, being active and being mindful of what I eat.
It helps to not only have a healthy baby, pregnancy, but also a speedy recovery and healthy body afterwards in the fourth trimester.
You lose weight quicker as well.

My first pregnancy I weighed 9kgs extra at delivery.
My second pregnancy I weigh 12kgs extra.
