A Yellow Cold Health Alert has been issued for London, meaning colder temperatures may increase health risks for older adults and people with long-term health conditions.

How to stay safe:
• Keep indoor temperatures between 18–21°C
• Wear warm layers (even indoors)
• Stay hydrated
• Eat regular warm meals
• Avoid going out alone if paths are icy
• Check in on older neighbours, friends, or relatives
• Contact us if you're worried about someone who may need support
