πIngredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup moringa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2οΈβ£ In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and moringa powder.
3οΈβ£ In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy and well combined.
4οΈβ£ Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
5οΈβ£ Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, included the chocolate chips, mixing until just combined.
6οΈβ£ Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
7οΈβ£ Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may still look slightly underdone but will firm up as they cool.
