This 10” by 3 layered cake was ordered by a client just for the family to indulge and exercise their delectable taste buds. You never go wrong with Red Velvet and home made cream cheese frosting. Yum 😋

Alls well that ends well as I had previously lost two layers of this cake when power went half way through baking time. I had to re-bake the two layers when power was resumed. All was not lost as the family feasted on the rejects and thoroughly enjoyed it 😃
