🌸 No woman should feel alone in those tender and vulnerable moments of early motherhood.

Becoming a mother can bring immense joy - but it can also stir deep feelings of loss, longing, and loneliness, especially for those who grew up without a mother or have lost theirs. In my therapy practice, I’m passionate about supporting new mums through complex emotions, helping them feel seen, held, and supported.
